5. Refund Policy

5.1 Premium Senior Legal Assistance Services

You may request a refund in full if you cancel your service at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Once a session has begun or documentation work has started, the service fee is non-refundable due to allocation of professional resources. However, you may transfer your unused session to another date or assign it to a different authorized individual upon notice at least 24 hours before the original appointment.

5.2 Information Products

For digital products, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded the product content. After accessing any portion of the product, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital distribution.

5.3 Goods

You may return unused goods in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt.
